Domestic Returns:

We hope that you love your purchase from ALLLOVE. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 22 days of original purchase.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed + in its original condition with all tags attached. 

Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. 

Please note shipping costs are not refundable. 

E-gift cards + final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

International Returns:

We ship internationally to select countries. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes ALLLOVE to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees ALLLOVE may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.For questions or issues please contact

If you would like to return an item, please email us at for an RMA number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. ALLLOVE is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to ALLLOVE via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

3rd Party Retailers:

ALLLOVE can not guarantee any product that is not sold by or one of our approved retailers.

What if my item is damaged?

Please contact customer service within 22 days from purchase at and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through the website.

Please save all packaging materials + damaged goods before filing a claim. 

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
